Minimum capital refers to the capital required for the incorporation of a Dutch company. For public limited companies the law in the Netherlands prescribes a minimum capital of € 45.000.
The minimum capital for private limited companies always used to be € 18.000 but since the implementation of the unique Dutch flex-BV (flex limited) in 2012 this minimum capital requirement is abolished.
