The partner of a limited partnership (CV), who is charged with the daily management of the enterprise.
A CV has at least one managing partner and in addition at least one limited partner (also referred to as a silent partner). A limited partner is only financially involved in the enterprise. If there are several managing partners present, they will mutually form a VOF.
