Attorney-in-fact in the Netherlands
Attorney-in-fact is a person who is authorized to represent a company and to act on the company’s behalf. An attorney-in-fact is not a board member. A power of attorney is granted by board resolution and may be registered in the trade register.
A power of attorney may be limited to only enter into certain contracts.
